Eligibility for Return:

  • You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Perfumes and personal care items cannot be returned once used, unless damaged or faulty.

Note:
To be eligible for a return/refund, please record a full unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. This helps us verify any issues and process your request faster.


Non-returnable Items:

  • Used or partially used perfumes.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.


If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share a clear photo/video of the product and packaging as proof (unboxing video preferred).

  • We will replace or refund your order based on the issue and evidence provided.
